Location: Douglas Rec Center
Style: Folkstyle, Freestyle and Greco – Only USA cards will be accepted
Remote Weigh-Ins: Wrestlers will need to weigh in at their home site in the presence of the Club President and an Official who will both sign off on weight cards. Weights need to be emailed to mschommer@ccsd1.org by 12:00 pm on Friday the 8th.
Start Times:
Folkstyle – Saturday March 9th
-9:00-1:00: 6 and unders and Bantam
-12:00-4:00: Intermediate, Novice, Schoolboy and Cadet
Greco – Saturday March 9th
-4:00-6:30: Bantam, and Intermediate
-6:00-Completion: Novice, Schoolboy and Cadet
Freestyle – Sunday March 10th
-9:00-12:00: 6 and unders, and Bantam
12:00-Completion: Intermediate, Novice, Schoolboy and Cadet
Brackets: 6 and under – 5 man round robin, Bantam-Cadet – brackets
Awards: 6 and under – medals for 1st-5th; Bantam-Cadets – Medals- 1st -3rd, Ribbons 4th-6th. ‘Brawler’ is a wrestler that wins all 3 styles having at least 5 wrestlers in their bracket at the same weight for all 3 styles – ‘Brawler’ gets a plaque with their name and picture and a sweatshirt or jacket
Tournament Fees: $15 per style
Admissions: $3 per person with proceeds going to Clay Ewing and his family. There will be a concession stand open for meals.
