Folkstyle

Details: P.P.W.L. / W.A.W.A. Sanctioned Folkstyle Tournament

When: January 24th 9:00 AM

• Wrestlers will be divided by age, weight, and ability wherever possible. No Seeding, no weight classes. All scratch weights.
• Round Robin Brackets for all three styles. Your wrestler will get matches!
• Double Bracketing is allowed across age divisions only.  Separate entry fee for each bracket entered in.
• USA card required for each wrestler
• Red & Blue singlets are preferred for FS/GR but will not be required.
• All Coaches need a USA coach’s card (worn visibly) to coach mat-side, Temporary Pass may be purchased at the tournament for a fee
• No Walk-up Registration for folkstyle.. All non-PPWL clubs need to contact Jay Eide (719)332-5158 or Zach Mason (307)920-0050  
• Entry Fee for each wrestler is $20 for Folkstyle | $20 for Freestyle | $5 for Greco (Free if wrestling both FK & FS) www.trackwrestling.com
• Walk-up registrations for FS/GR will be accepted until 3PM on Jan. 24th
• Clubs please pay for Folkstyle with one single club check on Saturday or by Credit/Debit card on the PPWL website after registering.  All wrestlers entered into the tournament must be paid for by your team, even if the wrestler doesn’t show up.
• FS/GR Registration can be paid online when registering. FS/GR Registration is OPEN.

• If a wrestler is wrestling folkstyle their weight will be entered by a team statistician on track wrestling prior to 10:00 AM Friday. To get a statistician account setup teams will simply need to email Jay Eide of Pikes Peak Wrestling League (Jay@pikespeakwrestling.com). Those weigh ins will be good for all styles.
• Wrestlers not wrestling folkstyle will need to have weights emailed to Team Braves (teambraveswrestling@gmail.com) by a club board member or USA Official by 11:59PM on Friday the 23rd.

• Active Duty Military and dependants, Coaches with a USA coaches card, and Senior Citizens get in free
• Adults $5 (Weekend Pass)
• Student Spectators K-12  $3 (Weekend Pass)
