A USA Wrestling card is required in order to register,

A 3 pound allowance will be given to all Juniors at weigh-ins. No second weigh-in for JR Freestyle is required if actively wrestling in JR Greco. Red and blue singlets are required for JRs. Headgear is strongly encouraged but not required for JRs.
