All registrations for state tournaments this year will be done on Trackwrestling. When registering your athletes for state, please use the following link http://www.trackwrestling.com/registration or go to Trackwrestling.com and search under preregistration for the WAWA Kids/Cadet State tournament. The invoice can be started and then gone back into to complete, write down the invoice number & password. The invoice must be completed by the deadline. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The deadline for registering all athletes is Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at midnight. There will be no registrations accepted after that time.
Use the attached form to assist in registering the athletes. This form is for club use only. Make as many copies as necessary.
THERE IS NO ONSITE REGISTRATION AT STATE. EVERYONE MUST BE PREREGISTERED FOR ALL TOURNAMENTS BEING WRESTLED. NO EXCEPTIONS IN ANY STYLE OR DIVISION.

1. Mark tournaments participating in – Folkstyle, Freestyle, Greco or Female ONLY Folkstyle or Freestyle
2. Use the attached entry form that is provided (do not create your own)
3. Clubs should receive payment prior to registering athletes as no refunds will be given
● Go to http://www.trackwrestling.com/registration
● Select “Register Now”
● Read and click Refund Policy
● An invoice number will then be generated, write down this number for future reference
● Then select “continue”
● Add all wrestlers in the club
● When registering athletes make sure to register for all tournaments being wrestled ($20 per tournament). Remember, there are several tournaments.
● When all athletes are entered, balance the number of entries with your registration forms, select “continue”
● Fill in all billing information, (name, billing address, card number, CVC# & expiration date)
● A complete invoice will be available to print
● This process can be done as many times as necessary prior to the cutoff deadline
● ALL UNATTACHED WRESTLERS USE THE ABOVE STEPS TO REGISTER
● Female athletes CAN PARTICIPATE in any WAWA Kids/Cadets State tournaments. Female athletes wishing to attend Western Regional in Pocatello, Idaho must compete in the WAWA Kids/Cadet Greco or Freestyle State Tournament to qualify. Female athletes may compete in Female ONLY Freestyle or Folkstyle as well as Folkstyle and Freestyle Tournaments. (Female ONLY Freestyle does not qualify for Western Regional)
● All weigh-in weights are the official weights used for bracketing purposes.

Eligibility: All participants must have a current USA competitor’s card. Coaches and officials must have a current USA card. These will be checked with a photo ID wrist band will be given.
Age Division: Pee-Wee thru Jr.
All wrestlers must wear blue/red singlets and head gear.
Each club must provide tournament officials and pairing according to USAW rules.

SANCTION: This tournament is sanctioned by USA Wrestling (USAW) and Wyoming Amateur Wrestling Association (WAWA) and a current USA Wrestling card will be required.
HEADGEAR & SINGLETS: Headgear and one red & one blue singlet (or reversible) required (NO ANKLE BANDS will be used, athletes must be in correct color of singlet for each match).
COACHES: Only coaches with a current USAW license will receive a coaching wrist band to coach at mat side.
OFFICIALS: Each club is required to comply with WAWA guidelines for mat and pairing officials.
AWARDS: Medals will be awarded at mat side for 1st, 2nd & 3rd, ribbons for 4th, 5th & 6th. Trophies for fastest pin in each age group will be awarded. Team trophies for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place. HUGE TEAM TROPHIES so bring your mat and pairing officials. Only teams meeting WAWA criteria for number of mat and pairing officials will be eligible for team awards. Matt Yeager Memorial Award for outstanding mat official and SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD will be awarded at conclusion of wrestling.

ADMISSION: $2 admission fee for non-participants 6 & older and adults or $5 admission fee per family.

Jerry Looney, Silver Level Certified Coach, will be hosting a bronze clinic in Casper, Wyoming on April 18, 2013 at 5:00pm at the Ramkota Inn room 158. This is a lifetime certification and is necessary to be on the floor for USA regional and national events as well as the Wyoming State tournaments. The cost is 60.00 per person. All workbooks will be provided. A current USA coach’s card is required. You may register at the clinic.

4 and under (pre-peewee), 6 and under (peewee), bantam, and

WEIGH INS: Satellite weigh-ins (each club weigh-in your athletes). Please e-mail your list to NFulton@landerschools.org by 5:00 p.m., on Friday the 15th. Please have a coach or referee send in the e-mail.
SANCTION: This tournament is sanctioned by USA Wrestling, a current USA card will be required or proof that application has been sent.
OFFICIALS: W.A.W.A. guidelines for mat and pairing officials will be followed.
ENTRY FEE: $15.00 please register on www.trackwrestling.com, by 5:00 p.m. on the 15th of March.
START TIME: Wrestling will start at 9:00 a.m.
FORMAT: We will try to place individuals into pools of 5 to 6 wrestlers. This will give each athlete multiple matches throughout the day. With this format when you send in your wrestlers weights please give your best opinion on ability levels. We would like to group the athletes into competitive pools if possible. All’s you have to put next to the wrestlers name is better than above average, average, and below average.
Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and ribbons for 4th, 5th and 6th.
