Hi all,

   Please read all of this statement and refer to the PDFs labeled below.   There are several pieces of information for the Membership meeting in November.  Please, please, please pass this information onto your members as soon as possible.

Winter Scheduling Meeting: This meeting will occur Sunday, November 17th at 9 am at the Ramkota Hotel in the Wyoming Theater room.  This meeting counts for $100 reimbursement on your club charter fee at the end of the year and also allows all clubs in attendance to put a potential tournament on the calendar.  If your club DOES NOT attend the meeting, your tournament sanction is subject to the 200 mile rule for any clubs that were in attendance.

Voting Items: Please see the attached items for bylaw changes (including adding an additional Girls Director position) and state seeding information.

Events out for Bid: Please see the attached information for clubs interested in putting in for Middle School State or Junior State. BIDS NEED TO BE RECEIVED BY NOVEMBER 1ST!

Please pass this information along to your members.  Remember anyone is welcome to attend the meetings, there is just 1 vote per club for voting purposes.  Any members that would like to be included on my email list, please just send me your email and I will get you added.

Due to sales of the calenders we will be pushing the first drawing to January 15th and the second drawing to the 30th so we will have a chance to sell them at a few tournaments. 

This is a great opportunity for our WAWA organization to raise money as well as a great opportunity for you to win great Prize(s)!  Please contact Garret Galey (info in pic) for your calendar!

Purchasing  USAW card for Athletes.

If your athlete belongs to a particular club, please contact the club first. There is a club list on the website.

If your athlete does not belong to a club, contact Vickie Tolin. Either by email vickie@tolinlawoffices.com or by phone 307-258-6315. Please leave a message if there isn't an answer.  Please include name of athlete, DOB, and USAW number if available and your phone number so Vickie can contact you.

I would love to put tournament flyers on our website as well as the WAWA Facebook page for all Clubs and athletes to get informed!  

Please advise all flyers will be posted on website when the club who is hosting has sanctioned the tournament and then emailed flyer to Vickie Tolin or myself in a pdf format.
