Earning the USA Wrestling Triple Crown Award is a very difficult and impressive accomplishment. In order to win the Triple Crown a Wrestler must win all 3 National Tournaments in the same season. This Year Tevis Bartlett (Cheyenne – Team Braves) was one of only 6 youth wrestlers in the country from Intermediate to schoolboy to earn the Triple Crown.

In the first week of April Tevis went 3-0 at the 2011 ASICS/USAW Kids/Vets Folk Nationals to become the Schoolboy Folkstyle National Champion at 160 pounds.

Fast forward three months to the ASICS/USAW Kids Freestyle & Greco Nationals in Farmington, UT. Tevis who is now wrestling at 175 lbs. went a combined 4-0 with 3 pins and 1 tech-fall to claim his Freestyle and Greco National titles along with his USA Wrestling Triple Crown.
